The room was elegant, comfortable, quiet, and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. The neighborhood was not too nice, but the hotel itself was lovely.

The staff were very friendly and made us welcome. They had cases taken to rooms. The rooms were large and well appointed with comfortable leather armchair and desk in addition to a very comfortable double bed. The bathrooms were newly done out. There was a separate lounge and dining room. Intereseting Scottish photographic exhibition in the dining room. The foord was good. PLenty of choice for breakfast and adequate choice for dinner. There was an attractive enclosed garden with seats.
The stairs up to the second floor could have done with a handrail all the way down.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, helping with transportation arrangements and suggesting interesting things to do and see in Paisley. The hotel is located within easy walking to city restaurants, shopping, and sights. The hotel is in a 210 year old mansion, so the ambience is wonderful, and the room had been recently renovated to very modern and comfortable standards. We did not eat there, but had some beers in the evening in their comfortable sitting room. Free wi-fi was a useful added feature. Transportation to the Glasgow Airport was convenient via cab.

Maureen and her staff made the stay feel more like a great visit with family. The location was perfect for us as we had golf booked at Troon and then an early flight the day later. Tooms were also great and the staff very knowledgeable about the area.

I had a wonderful stay where I enjoyed a delicious breakfast with fresh fruits and a lovely full Scottish spread. Relaxing in the charming garden area with a cup of tea. The only hiccup was that the central heating didn't kick in until later in the morning, but it didn't spoil my experience. 😊

It is a beautiful building set in a quiet cul de sac that gives you a real flavour of old Paisley before the on-set of the modern house sprawl. The rooms are a good size with lots of character.
There could be a small plate by the door to indicate which door belongs to the hotel, it is not clear on arrival and I have seen other guests having the same problem. Also inside some indication of where the office/reception is located.

I could not fault the hotel. My room and the hotel facilities were excellent. The location is very quiet despite being so close to the town centre, and it is very handy for the airport. I very much appreciated that they offer evening meals.

Ashtree House is enchanting, with its quaint decor and charming ambiance. The lovely common areas reminded me of a warm embrace that was easy enough for this senior's knees to navigate, even up the stairs!
Better stair access for seniors would be helpful.

The breakfast was amazin, fresh and tasty! The staff were super friendly and really helped me out with everything i needed, nice. The location was great too, close to the airport and a charming area. I even enjoyed some tea and cookies in my room, a nice touch.
however, the lighting in the bathroom could be better for makeup, and the access to the hotel was a bit tricky due to one-way streets.
